Privacy Policy
Last updated July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kirkwood Designs, LLC (“Kirkwood Designs,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit kirkwood.design (the “Site”). Our individual products have their own websites and, where applicable, their own privacy policies.
Who we are
Kirkwood Designs, LLC is an independent product company. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@kirkwood.design.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you email us or contact us through the Site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it to respond to you, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask to join one.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use, or may use, cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to understand how the Site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; most browsers also let you block cookies entirely. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using the Site.
Analytics
We use, or may use, Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address and browsing behavior on the Site. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising pixels
We advertise our products on social platforms and use, or may use, the following tools to measure whether that advertising works:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — helps us measure ad conversions and build audiences. Meta describes its data practices in the Meta Privacy Policy, and you can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- TikTok Pixel — helps us measure ad conversions from TikTok. TikTok describes its data practices in the TikTok Privacy Policy, and you can manage your ad personalization in your TikTok account settings.
These pixels may collect information such as the pages you visit on the Site, your device information, and identifiers used for advertising. You can also limit ad tracking through your device settings and through industry opt-out tools such as youradchoices.com.
How we use information
We use the information described above to operate and improve the Site, respond to inquiries, understand which of our products interest people, measure advertising, and protect the Site from abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our advertising (such as hosting, analytics, and the ad platforms named above), when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger. Service providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@kirkwood.design and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you’re in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; if you’re a California resident, these rights are provided consistent with the CCPA.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date on this page. Material changes will be noted more prominently.
